Philadelphia salutes Greek Independence

Welcome to the Federation

The Federation of Hellenic-American Societies of Philadelphia and the Greater Delaware Valley is the umbrella organization of over 45 Hellenic-American associations, representing thousands of individuals in the Greek community.

The Federation consists of member church communities, organizations, and societies each striving to promote the prosperity of Hellenic Ideals.

The Federation itself serves the purpose of being the hub: organizing and synchronizing the members and establishing relationships with other ethnic groups in the region.

It serves as an Ambassador promoting Philhellenism in our surrounding communities through awareness and participation in cultural and social events such as lectures, presentations, festivals, and the Annual Greek Independence Day.
